Features & Services Development History | NSMA-BNDL standard catalyst developed by Changzhou New Solar Catalysts Co.,LTD in 2016 and produced and sold in 2017.Our product was applied in a set of 30,000 tons of plant in China in 2019, running for more than a cycle, and the current product performance is stable and reliable. Compared with the traditional catalyst,this type of catalyst has two characteristics: one is the low content of light acid generated, the other is the use of double-layer bed loading, better activity and selectivity, lower salt temperature, and better yield. Based on maleic anhydride catalyst, we developed complete technology for the partial oxidation of butane to maleic anhydride, and can design complete sets of process packages for maleic anhydride plants with different scales as required by clients.
