    NSVOCs-HPT catalyst successfully developed by Changzhou NEW SOLAR Catalysts Co., Ltd., and started production and sales in 2021. The product has passed the pilot-sacle test and the test verification on the industrial side line, and has been successfully start-up in the industrial plant, reflecting the excellent performance. The product has been applied in phthalic anhydride plant and formaldehyde plant, maleic anhydride plant from benzene and maleic anhydride plant from butane have completed side line verification, and the application program of industrial plant is being implemented, and the tail gas catalytic oxidation treatment of many other industries is being promoted and implemented. On the basis of this catalyst, we cooperate with environmental protection engineering companies, we can offer the process package design and EPC for different scales fixed pollution sources VOCs purification in requested from client needs. We provide technical services for catalyst loading and start-up guidance.

    Application Case

    1. Application in phthalic anhydride plant: Changzhou New Solar Technology Group Co., Ltd. has two sets of 100,000 tons of phthalic anhydride plant, which have been successfully started in 2022, and are currently running stable, with all indicators meeting and exceeding the design requirements.

    2. Application in formaldehyde equipment: applied to the exhaust gas treatment of a set of formaldehyde equipment in Shandong;

    3.Application in butane process maleic anhydride device: Completed industrial testing and verification, and is doing device application promotion.
